Yeşilgöz-Zegerius: We are making additional investments to strengthen Aruba's security
Amsterdam, July 2 (Hibya) – Dutch Defence Minister Dilan Yeşilgöz-Zegerius said she discussed the security situation in the Kingdom's Caribbean territories with Aruba Governor Alfonso Boekhoudt, announcing that the region's security will be strengthened through emergency assistance for Venezuela and additional investments.
Dutch Defence Minister Dilan Yeşilgöz-Zegerius issued a statement regarding her meeting with Aruba Governor Alfonso Boekhoudt.
Yeşilgöz-Zegerius said the meeting focused on the security situation in the Caribbean part of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, stressing that close cooperation is more important than ever under the current circumstances.
Yeşilgöz-Zegerius noted that emergency assistance for Venezuela is continuing and that additional investments will be made to strengthen the security presence in the region.
