Zelensky: Agreement signed with the United States
Kyiv, May 1 (Hibya) – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that today the government team provided information about the economic partnership with the United States and that an agreement was signed, to be submitted to the Ukrainian Parliament for approval.
Zelensky stated that the agreement changed significantly during its preparation phase.
He emphasized that the agreement does not involve any debt and added:
"It requires the establishment of a Reconstruction Fund that will invest in Ukraine and generate profits within Ukraine. This means a fair partnership with America; a cooperation that allows both Ukraine and the United States — which supports our defense — to benefit from this collaboration."
