President Zelensky stated: “Today is the day of those who, despite everything, save lives and always rush to help. Our first response teams are among the first to arrive at the sites of Russian attacks; they rescue people from under the rubble, extinguish fires, and provide support. In Ukraine, we know that we can always rely on their help, anytime, anywhere.”

Zelensky thanked all the staff of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, expressing his gratitude to everyone who has taken on the difficult but important mission of saving others. He also emphasized that they always remember all first responders who lost their lives while saving people.

Zelensky concluded his speech with the words: “Glory to Ukraine!”
