Zelensky thanks first responders: They are the real heroes
Kyiv, August 26 (Hibya) – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky issued a message of gratitude to the first responder teams serving across various regions of the country.
In his statement, Zelensky emphasized that these teams, who selflessly perform their duties every day, are true heroes, highlighting their efforts to save lives.
He noted that first responders work on the frontlines, in areas under attack, and in civilian settlements, racing against time: “They are always there to rescue, wherever it may be.”
“I thank everyone who serves our people and cares for those around them. I am grateful for each of your days,” Zelensky said, paying eternal respect and gratitude to all first responders who lost their lives in the line of duty.
