Zelensky: We are doing our utmost to fulfill our obligations to the EU
Kyiv, July 29 (Hibya) - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky held a phone call with Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen.

Zelensky noted that Ukraine’s European integration and the launch of the first negotiation group were discussed. “Denmark currently holds the EU Council Presidency. We must make the most of this time to implement all necessary decisions,” he said.
Emphasizing that they are fulfilling their obligations to the EU, Zelensky stated:
“The presidential bill guaranteeing the independence of anti-corruption institutions has been registered in the Verkhovna Rada. I am grateful to Denmark for its support. We agreed that parliament should vote on this bill without delay, preferably this week. We continue to work together to bring a fair and lasting peace closer for Ukraine.”
