Azerbaijani President Aliyev and his Iranian counterpart Pezeşkiyan signed a joint declaration
Baku, April 28 (Hibya) – Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Iranian President Masoud Pezeşkiyan signed the Presidents’ Joint Declaration.
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev announced that he had signed the Presidents’ Joint Declaration with his Iranian counterpart Masoud Pezeşkiyan.
In a statement from the Azerbaijani Presidency, it was noted: "Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi amended the Political Consultations Program between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran for 2025–2027. Azerbaijani Deputy Prime Minister (and co-chair of the intergovernmental commission) Shahin Mustafayev and Iranian Minister of Transport and Urban Development (and co-chair of the intergovernmental commission) Ms. Farzaneh Sadegh signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Media Cooperation between the Media Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance of the Islamic Republic of Iran."
