Bayramov offers condolences to Pakistani counterpart Dar in phone call
Islamabad, February 7 (Hibya) – Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov called Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishak Dar to convey his condolences over the terrorist attack in Islamabad.
Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishak Dar held a phone conversation with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov.
During the call, the attack in Islamabad and issues related to the strategic partnership between the two countries were discussed.
Minister Bayramov conveyed condolences on behalf of the President of Azerbaijan, the government and the people, offered prayers for the victims of the Islamabad attack, and expressed solidarity with Pakistan.
Strongly condemning the attack, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Dar reaffirmed Pakistan’s determination to combat the threat of terrorism.
