A traditional international mini football tournament will be organized in the Bulgarian city of Burgas with the participation of institutions where Ministry of Interior (MVR) personnel serve and international participants.

The tournament will be held with the participation of teams from Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, North Macedonia, Montenegro and Switzerland. In addition, thanks to the contribution of the Turkish news agency Hibya Haber, the event is expected to be featured on more than 400 websites in over 25 countries.

Various charity auctions will also be organized within the scope of the event. It was reported that the proceeds from the auctions will be donated to children under the age of 18 of Ministry of Interior personnel who lost their lives while on duty in the Burgas region. Signed football club jerseys and various sports products will be featured in the auction.

In the tournament, teams composed of different units affiliated with the Ministry of Interior, border police, firefighters, prison administration, judicial security units and public employees will compete. Various international police sports unions will also be among the participants.

According to the organization rules, teams will consist of a maximum of 11 people and matches will be played in a 5+1 format on the field. Matches will consist of two halves of 10 minutes each. There will be no limitation on player substitutions.

Teams participating in the tournament are required to submit their application and technical documents to the organization committee by the specified date. Matches will be played in a group format and, in the event of a tie, the result will be determined by penalty shootouts.

The technical meeting and draw ceremony of the tournament will be held in Burgas on June 1, 2026 and broadcast live on social media. The event is planned to take place between June 4–6, 2026.
