China and Hong Kong rise in Asia-Pacific region
Istanbul, September 14 (Hibya) - Regional divergence became more pronounced across Asia-Pacific markets.
Hong Kong's Hang Seng index and the FTSE China 50 index both rose 2.23 percent, making them the region's top-performing benchmarks. In contrast, South Korea's KOSPI index fell 2.67 percent to 6,725.38 points.
Indonesia's IDX Composite index ended the day down 1.73 percent, while Japan's Nikkei 225 declined 0.99 percent.
