South Africa rises in African markets
Istanbul, September 14 (Hibya) - Activity in African stock market indices remained concentrated in certain markets.
The South Africa Top 40 index, representing one of the region's largest markets, rose 207.50 points to 107,759.48 points, gaining 0.19 percent. The Mauritius Semdex index advanced 0.60 percent, while Morocco's MASI index fell 0.91 percent to 18,615.24 points.
The stock markets of Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda ended the day unchanged.
