Dar met with his Egyptian counterpart Abdelatty
Islamabad, November 30 (Hibya) – Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Muhammad Ishaq Dar met with Egypt’s Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty.
According to a statement from Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Muhammad Ishaq Dar held delegation-level talks with Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The statement noted that senior officials from both sides participated in the meeting and continued as follows:
“Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening Pakistan–Egypt relations and agreed to revive institutionalized mechanisms, including the Joint Ministerial Commission (JMC) and the Annual Bilateral Consultations (ABC), with the aim of enhancing cooperation in trade, investment, health, education, culture, and people-to-people ties.”
