Zelensky: We must strengthen Ukraine's resilience every day
Kyiv, November 30 (Hibya) – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that air defense systems must be improved in order to counter Russia’s attacks.
Zelensky stated that emergency teams continue their work following the Russian attack on the city of Vyshhorod in the Kyiv region.
He said that numerous residential buildings were damaged as a result of drone strikes; 19 people, including children, were injured, and one person lost their life. He offered his condolences to the family of the deceased.
Zelensky added that there were also injured people in the Dnipro and Kharkiv regions, while the regions of Odesa, Sumy, and Kherson were also targeted.
He reported that during the night, 122 attack drones and two ballistic missiles were launched. “Such attacks occur every day. Just this week, the Russians used around 1,400 attack UAVs, 1,100 guided aerial bombs, and 66 missiles against our people. This is exactly why we must strengthen Ukraine's resilience every day.”
