Foreign ministers of Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan hold telephone conversation
Tashkent, June 2 (Hibya) - Uzbekistan’s Foreign Minister Bakhitiyor Saidov discussed bilateral relations and cooperation issues during a phone call with Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov.
Uzbekistan’s Foreign Minister Saidov held a telephone conversation with Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Bayramov.
During the conversation, the development of strategic partnership and alliance-level relations was assessed in line with the trust-based ties between the leaders of the two countries.
The parties welcomed the intensification of political dialogue and exchanged views on bilateral and multilateral cooperation issues.
They also agreed to expand cooperation in areas of mutual benefit and to maintain close contacts between their foreign ministries.
