Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

According to the website of Russia’s Ministry of Defense, Lieutenant General Fanil Sarvarov, head of the Operational Training Directorate of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces, who died in a car bomb attack in Moscow, took part in the operation in Syria and in the counterterrorism operation in Chechnya.

The ministry’s website states: “From 1992 to 2003, for six years, he directly participated in combat operations during the Ossetian–Ingush conflict and in the counterterrorism operation in Chechnya… In 2015–2016, he carried out tasks related to organizing and conducting operations in the Syrian Arab Republic.”

According to the site, Sarvarov was born on March 11, 1969, in Gremyachinsk, Perm Oblast. He graduated in 1990 from the Kazan Higher Tank Command Red Banner School, in 1999 from the Marshal Malinovsky Military Academy of Armored Forces, and in 2008 from the Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
