Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

The Israeli Prime Minister’s Office said that Israel, through the Red Cross, had received the coffins containing the bodies of the hostages and was awaiting official identification.

“The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) urge the public to act with sensitivity and wait for official identification. The findings will first be communicated to the families of the deceased hostages,” the statement said.

If the two bodies returned on Wednesday night are confirmed to be hostages, this would mean that 19 people remain missing in Gaza. Under the first phase of the Gaza peace plan, Hamas is obliged to return all 28 bodies of the deceased hostages.

However, Hamas’s armed wing said: “The search and recovery of the remaining bodies require significant effort and special equipment, and we are exerting great effort to close this file.”
