In a statement issued by the Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs, it was confirmed that the State of Qatar’s commitment to strengthening international cooperation and multilateral action is rooted in its national policies and strategies.

The statement was made by Dana Yunus Darwish, a member of the Qatari delegation participating in the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly, during her speech before the Second Committee under agenda item 18 titled “Sustainable Development,” held at the UN headquarters in New York.

Darwish stated that the State of Qatar presented its fourth Voluntary National Review in July and reaffirmed its continued commitment to taking ambitious measures at the national level to implement its comprehensive vision under the Qatar National Vision 2030 framework.
