IDF destroys weapons depot in Gaza
Jerusalem, May 19 (Hibya) - The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) destroyed a depot in the northern Gaza Strip containing weapons and rocket launchers belonging to Hamas.
In a statement from the IDF, it said: “To eliminate a threat to our forces: The IDF destroyed a depot containing dozens of weapons and rocket launchers belonging to the Hamas terrorist organization.”
The statement said the depot contained more than 20 mortar shells, launchers, explosives and various weapons, and that these items posed a threat to IDF forces and Israeli citizens.
