IDF: Missiles and aerial target intercepted in the north
Jerusalem, June 1 (Hibya) - The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced that two missiles were intercepted by air defense systems after sirens were activated in the north of the country.
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) stated that at 08:15, following the activation of sirens in northern Israel, two missiles were intercepted by air defense systems.
The statement also noted that following alerts at 08:23 regarding the infiltration of a hostile aircraft into the Margaliot area, a suspicious aerial target detected in the area where IDF forces were operating in southern Lebanon was neutralized by the Air Force.
No injuries were reported in the incidents.
