Israeli President Herzog: Iron Dome teams are on duty 24/7
Jerusalem, March 11 (Hibya) – Israeli President Isaac Herzog announced that he visited the northern front and received information about defense efforts carried out against threats from Hezbollah and Iran.
Israeli President Isaac Herzog made statements regarding defense operations and personnel morale during his visit to military units.
Referring to his contacts on the northern front, Herzog said: “Major L., commander of the Iron Dome battery of the 137th Battalion on the northern front, briefed me yesterday about responsibility, sense of duty, professionalism, and the daily struggle against the threats from Hezbollah and Iran.”
Highlighting the importance of personnel on the defense line, Herzog stated: “Behind the protection of Israeli citizens stand our most precious daughters and sons, who work with dedication and from the heart 24/7 for our people and our state.”
Herzog concluded his statement by saying: “Give them a hug and say hello to them.”
