Zelensky: Russia has begun supporting the Iranian regime with drones
Kyiv, March 11 (Hibya) – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky spoke about the military cooperation between Russia and Iran.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky made statements regarding Russia’s military activities in the Middle East and its partnership with the Iranian regime.
Explaining the scale of Russia’s military support to Iran, Zelensky said: “Russia has begun supporting the Iranian regime with drones. It will certainly also help with missiles and is providing support in air defense as well.”
Referring to the possibility that the process could evolve into a military dimension, Zelensky stated: “So what comes next? Considering this situation, there is only one question: when and which country will be the first to support the Iranian regime by sending troops?”
Drawing a parallel with the military support North Korea has provided to Russia, Zelensky noted that the fact soldiers are currently deployed in Russia means that a similar situation could also occur in Iran.
