Vance asked everyone of faith to pray for the two fallen Guardsmen.
He noted that West Virginia Governor Patrick Morrisey announced that the two Guardsmen had died in the line of duty, adding: “I wish patience for our National Guardsmen, their families, and the United States of America.”
