Katz: I strengthen our heroic fighters battling in Lebanon
Jerusalem, April 4 (Hibya) - Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz issued a condolence message for Major General Guy Ludar, who was killed in southern Lebanon, and expressed support for the soldiers fighting in the region.
Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz made a statement following the news of the death of Major General Guy Ludar, who served in the Maglan unit.
Sharing the family’s grief, Katz said: "I received with great sorrow the news that Major General Guy Ludar of the Maglan unit fell in battle in southern Lebanon."
Katz said, "I share the deep sorrow of the family, stand with them in these difficult times, and extend my most sincere condolences."
Referring to the operations in the region and the soldiers, Minister Katz concluded his statement with the words: "To ensure the security of northern residents and communities, I strengthen our heroic fighters currently battling in Lebanon against a ruthless terrorist organization. May his memory be blessed."
