Lahbib: We are concerned about the unfortunate escalation of violence in Syria
Brussels, May 3 (Hibya) – EU Commissioner for Equality, Preparedness and Crisis Management Hadja Lahbib said they are concerned about the unfortunate escalation of violence in Syria.
Commissioner Lahbib expressed concern over the unfortunate escalation of violence in Syria, stating:
“We demand an immediate end to the violence and call on all parties to respect International Humanitarian Law and to ensure the protection of all civilians, including humanitarian workers, without discrimination.”
