Lipavsky: HIV virus is destroying Russian soldiers
Prague, August 4 (Hibya) - Czech Foreign Minister Jan Lipavsky said that since the start of the war against Ukraine, HIV cases among Russian soldiers have increased by 2000%.
Czech Foreign Minister Jan Lipavsky stated that the HIV virus is destroying Russian soldiers.
He said that this 2000% increase was also fueled by the Kremlin's decision to shut down organizations fighting HIV and AIDS. "Putin doesn't even care about the lives of his own people," he added.
