Sybiha noted that the Ukraine-Japan Economic Reconstruction Forum marked a significant milestone in strengthening bilateral cooperation and Ukraine's resilience.

He expressed deep gratitude to Japan and its people for their vital assistance and unwavering support for Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, stating:

“Our upcoming agenda includes strengthening political dialogue, expanding business and investment ties, advancing Japan’s role in Ukraine’s recovery, and deepening cooperation through soft power diplomacy. Tonight, Russia once again attacked Kyiv and Odesa, targeting not just our country but the foundations of international law.”

Sybiha said: “Together, we will achieve a just peace, revive Ukraine, strengthen our economies, and solidify the rules-based international order.”
