Pokeno, April 17 (Hibya) – New Zealand Prime Minister Christopher Luxon inaugurated Allproof’s new production facility in Pokeno.
New Zealand Prime Minister Christopher Luxon, during the visit he made together with Dan Bidois, addressed the impact of supporting domestic production and removing bureaucratic barriers in the construction sector on economic growth.
Speaking at the opening of the new facility, Luxon said, "Today in Pokeno, together with Dan Bidois, we opened Allproof’s new factory – this is a strong sign of growth in the construction and manufacturing sectors."
Detailing the steps taken to make construction processes easier, Luxon stated, "We are making it easier to build in New Zealand by reducing bureaucracy, simplifying building rules, supporting self-certification for tradespeople, and improving access to quality materials."
Emphasizing the government’s main goal, Luxon said, "All of this has one purpose: to build more homes and lower costs for New Zealanders."
Luxon concluded his statement by saying, "It is great to see businesses like Allproof expanding."
