Meloni sends condolence message to the Republic of Ghana
Rome, August 6 (Hibya) – Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni conveyed her condolences to the Republic of Ghana for those who lost their lives in a helicopter crash.
Prime Minister Meloni stated that she expressed, on behalf of herself and the Italian Government, her condolences to the Republic of Ghana and to the families of the victims, including Defense Minister Edward Omane Boamah, Minister of Environment, Science and Technology Ibrahim Murtala Mohammed, and other passengers who died in the accident.
It was announced that a military helicopter crashed in Ghana's Ashanti region. The helicopter reportedly had a crew of three and five passengers on board.
