Message from Canadian Foreign Minister Joly on industrial cooperation with Japan
Ottawa, November 28 (Hibya) – Canadian Foreign Minister Mélanie Joly issued a statement regarding her meeting with Japan’s Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry, Hiroshi Akazawa.
Joly stated that they held a productive meeting aimed at strengthening industrial cooperation between the two countries.
In her statement, she highlighted that Canada and Japan are working on projects that will promote innovation, support sustainable growth and create new opportunities in trade and investment, saying: “As two countries, we are jointly evaluating new opportunities to produce innovative solutions, ensure sustainable economic growth and expand trade and investment.”
Joly emphasized that the meeting would contribute to further deepening the strategic partnership between Canada and Japan.
