Putin: It is meaningless to sign an agreement with the current Ukrainian leadership
Moscow, 28 November (Hibya) – Russian President Vladimir Putin said that signing any document with the current Ukrainian leadership is “meaningless.”
Putin claimed that the Ukrainian leadership lacked the courage to face elections, and therefore, according to him, the President of Ukraine has lost his legitimacy.
He emphasized that Russia holds elections even under armed conflict, while “Kyiv prefers not to hold elections.”
Putin stated that under these circumstances, any agreements made with the Ukrainian leadership would have no validity.
