Mixed performance across Asian stock markets
Istanbul, July 13 (Hibya) - Asian markets showed a mixed performance on the first trading day of the week.
Asian markets posted mixed results on the first trading day of the week. Australian and Hong Kong stocks advanced, while markets in Japan, India, and China declined.
The S&P/ASX 200 index edged up 0.00% to 8,806.10 points. In India, the NIFTY 50 index fell 0.27% to 24,141.85 points.
Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index gained 0.25% to trade at 24,235.15 points, while China's Shanghai Composite Index dropped 1.80% to 3,924.181 points.
In Japan, the Nikkei 225 index declined 2.17% to 67,071.11 points.
