Mixed performance in foreign exchange markets
Istanbul, July 2 (Hibya) - Foreign exchange markets posted a mixed performance during the week's trading session.
Foreign exchange markets posted a mixed performance during the week's trading session. The euro, British pound, and Australian dollar strengthened against the U.S. dollar, while the U.S. dollar weakened against the Japanese yen and the Canadian dollar.
The GBP/USD pair rose 0.13 percent to 1.3288. The EUR/USD pair gained 0.0967 percent to reach 1.1387.
The AUD/USD pair climbed 0.04 percent to trade at 0.6894, while the USD/JPY pair declined 0.0861 percent to 162.42.
The USD/CAD pair also fell 0.0211 percent, closing the day at 1.4212.
