Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha issued a statement following Russia's large-scale missile and drone attack on Kyiv.

Sybiha said that at least 10 people had been killed in the attacks, with the death toll expected to rise, while search and rescue operations remain underway. He added that civilian residential areas and infrastructure had been targeted.

Addressing Ukraine's international partners, Sybiha stressed that decisions on providing air defense systems and ammunition must be made "immediately." He also called for tougher sanctions against Russia and increased support for Ukraine, including assistance in the energy sector.

Sybiha stated that attacks against civilians constitute war crimes under international law and emphasized that international organizations and partner countries must respond more decisively.

He added that Russia's attempts to justify its attacks by referring to Ukraine's military actions are unacceptable, stressing that Ukraine has the right to self-defense under the UN Charter.

Sybiha concluded by saying that the war concerns not only Ukraine but also international law and fundamental principles, urging countries to take a "principled and resolute stance."
