Mixed performance in U.S. stock markets
Istanbul, June 26 (Hibya) - U.S. markets showed a mixed performance during the week's trading session.
U.S. markets posted mixed results during the week's trading session. The Dow Jones, NASDAQ 100, and Russell 2000 indices recorded gains, while the S&P 500 and NASDAQ indices declined.
The Dow Jones (DJIA) index rose 0.14 percent to 51,920.62 points. The Russell 2000 (RUSS 2K) index gained 0.71 percent to reach 3,007.858 points.
The S&P 500 index slipped 0.01 percent to 7,357.49 points. The NASDAQ index fell 0.46 percent to 25,358.603 points.
Meanwhile, the NASDAQ 100 index advanced 0.75 percent to close the day at 29,440.323 points.
