Netanyahu: The nuclear threat was neutralized through preemptive strikes against Iran
Jerusalem, June 10 (Hibya) - Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated that Israel acted within its right to self-defense and neutralized threats through operations against Iran and Hezbollah.
Netanyahu made remarks assessing Israel's operations against Iran and Hezbollah.
Netanyahu claimed that Iran posed a nuclear threat to Israel and that this threat had been eliminated through a "preemptive strike."
He also stated that Hezbollah had plans to carry out attacks against Israel and said that these threats had likewise been thwarted.
Netanyahu emphasized that Israel was acting within its right to self-defense, adding that "operations against Iran and Hezbollah are continuing."
The statement also included a message that Israel would deliver a "strong response" whenever deemed necessary against elements threatening its security.
