According to a statement issued by the Israeli Prime Minister's Office, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu made assessments regarding security activities carried out in the West Bank and Gaza during the Israeli Security Agency's 2025 outstanding personnel ceremony.

Netanyahu said that one thousand attacks had been thwarted in the West Bank and stated that operations against Hamas in Gaza were continuing. Netanyahu said: "We will eliminate Hamas, and above all, we will defeat the Iranian regime."

Netanyahu argued that the capacity of Iran and its proxies to threaten Israel had been significantly weakened and said they would also continue to fight Hezbollah. Netanyahu also praised the work of Israeli Security Agency Director David Zini and the agency's personnel.
