Palestinian FM Shaheen meets Egypt’s Ambassador to Palestine Suleiman
Jerusalem, April 23 (Hibya) – Palestinian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Varsen Agabkyan Shaheen discussed the latest situation in Gaza, humanitarian aid, and the opening of crossings with Egypt’s Ambassador to Palestine, Ihab Suleiman.
Shaheen, as the Palestinian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, held a meeting with Egypt’s Ambassador to Palestine Suleiman. Senior Advisor and Director General of Arab Affairs Hamdan Nazzal also attended the meeting.
During the meeting, the latest developments in the Gaza Strip were discussed. The parties evaluated increasing the entry of humanitarian aid and the sustainable opening of border crossings.
The Palestinian side emphasized the importance of intensifying humanitarian aid and ensuring the regular operation of crossings.
The meeting also addressed moving to the second phase of the process within the framework of the “plan put forward by Donald Trump” and increasing humanitarian aid.
The Egyptian side outlined efforts to deliver humanitarian aid to Gaza, facilitate crossings, and support a ceasefire and stability in the region.
