Pavel: Putin’s Russia practices unlimited cruelty
Prague, 19 November (Hibya) – Czech President Petr Pavel stated that at least 25 civilians were killed in the Ternopil attack, adding that “Russia systematically terrorizes the people of its neighboring country and has no interest in peace.”
President Pavel condemned the attack on a residential building in the Ukrainian city of Ternopil. He emphasized that the attack, which killed at least 25 civilians, exposes the truth despite Russia’s claims that it does not target civilians. Pavel said: “Russia is a country that systematically terrorizes the people of a neighboring nation and does not respect the rules of civilized coexistence. It has no interest in peace. Therefore, it must not be allowed to succeed in Ukraine.”
