Pezeshkian: The names of our brave sailors will live on, as high and enduring as Dena
Tehran, March 17 (Hibya) - Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian issued a condolence message for 20 soldiers and 84 crew members who lost their lives aboard the frigate Dena.
Iranian President Pezeshkian commemorated the 20 heroic soldiers and 84 crew members who died on the frigate Dena, stating that the Iranian people are in mourning today. Pezeshkian said, “The names of our brave sailors will live on, as high and enduring as Mount Dena.”
The president described the incident as a “crime against humanity” and extended his condolences to the families of the deceased and their colleagues. In his message, Pezeshkian emphasized the courage and sacrifice of the sailors.
