U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio commented on the attacks launched from Israel on Syria.
Rubio said, “These are historical, long-standing rivalries, and they have led to an unfortunate situation and a misunderstanding. We are truly moving toward de-escalation. We hope to see real progress in the next few hours that will bring an end to what you’ve seen in recent days.”
