Russia shot down 149 Ukrainian drones overnight
Moscow, February 20 (Hibya) - Russia’s Ministry of Defense reported that air defense forces destroyed 149 unmanned aerial vehicles of the Ukrainian Armed Forces over Russian regions overnight.
In a statement, the Defense Ministry said: “From 23:00 on February 19 to 07:00 on February 20 (Moscow time), air defense systems intercepted and destroyed 149 Ukrainian fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles.”
Russian warplanes shot down 57 drones in the Bryansk region, 28 over the Black Sea, 24 over the Sea of Azov and 20 in Crimea.
Another 17 drones were destroyed in the Krasnodar region, two in the Rostov region and one in the Belgorod region.
