Selling pressure dominated the cryptocurrency market
Istanbul, July 17 (Hibya) - Major assets traded in the cryptocurrency market posted losses. Bitcoin and Ethereum declined in value, while Tether and USD Coin remained broadly stable.
Major digital assets traded in the cryptocurrency market showed a predominantly bearish trend driven by selling pressure.
Bitcoin fell 3.11% to $62,888.9, while Ethereum declined 5.06% to trade at $1,827.89.
BNB lost 2.72%, XRP fell 3.13%, Solana dropped 3.86%, and TRON declined 0.64%. Lido Staked Ether (stETH) also fell 4.51% to $1,828.18.
Among stablecoins, Tether rose 0.01% to $1.0002, while USD Coin gained 0.02% to $1.0008. Polkadot, meanwhile, advanced 0.15% to trade at $0.87.
