Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha stated in his remarks on the latest attacks that Russia had completely destroyed one of the facilities of the rehabilitation center in the Sumy region.

Highlighting the humanitarian role of the targeted center, Sybiha said: "It was a place where the most vulnerable people recovered, regained their self-confidence, and rebuilt their lives. There was no military target there."

Criticizing Russia's military strategy, Sybiha stated: "Russia's war is so bankrupt that its enemy is no longer the Ukrainian army. It is a rehabilitation center for children and adults with disabilities. This is Putin's definition of a military target."
