Sybiha: The time has come to end Putin's sense of impunity
Kyiv, September 19 (Hibya) - Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said that the time has come to end Russian President Putin's sense of impunity.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Sybiha stated that the entry of three Russian warplanes into Estonian airspace is another example of Russia’s escalation and a direct threat to transatlantic security.
He emphasized that Ukraine stands with Estonia, adding: “I agree with my Estonian friend Tsahkna, half measures are no longer enough. Russia must face crushing political and economic pressure.”
Sybiha said: “Unless it receives a truly strong response, Moscow will become even more arrogant and aggressive. The time has come to end Putin’s sense of impunity.”
