Ukrainian Foreign Minister Sybiha held a phone conversation with Dutch Foreign Minister Caspar Veldkamp.

Expressing his gratitude to the Netherlands for its contribution to the US-NATO initiative “Priority Ukraine Needs List,” launched to strengthen Ukraine’s air defense, Sybiha said:

“We focused on recent diplomatic developments aimed at achieving a just peace. Together with my colleague, we share the view that a lasting peace can only be achieved through transatlantic unity, an immediate ceasefire, and resolute pressure on Russia. Ukraine appreciates the United States’ efforts to end Russia’s war and continues to work closely with all partners to coordinate positions.”

Sybiha added: “We are grateful to the Netherlands for its leadership in every aspect and its steadfast support. With friends like the Netherlands, we are not the only country defending our independence and freedom.”
