Tajani commemorates General Carlo Alberto dalla Chiesa
Rome, September 3 (Hibya) – Italy’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani commemorated General Carlo Alberto dalla Chiesa, who was killed by the mafia in Palermo on September 3, 1982.
Tajani paid respectful tribute to Carabinieri General Carlo Alberto dalla Chiesa, his wife Emanuela Setti Carraro, and his bodyguard Domenico Russo, who were killed in a tragic mafia attack in Palermo on September 3, 1982.
He stressed that this attack was directed against those who fight in the name of legality, and against the state and its institutions.
