Tsahkna: China has real influence to pressure Russia to end the war
Tallinn, November 5 (Hibya) – Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna met with the U.S. Ambassador to China, David Perdue.

Tsahkna stated that the meeting addressed the recent talks between U.S. President Donald Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping, Russia’s aggression against Ukraine, and U.S.-China trade negotiations. “I welcomed the extension of customs exemptions on rare earth elements to European goods,” he said.
Tsahkna emphasized that peace must be lasting and fair, noting that China has genuine influence to pressure Russia to end the war.
