Tsahkna: Estonian Foreign Minister meets Vietnamese counterpart Le
Tallinn, April 23 (Hibya) – Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna referred to his meeting with Vietnam’s Foreign Minister Le Hoai Trung, evaluating global security dynamics and diplomatic ties between the two countries.

Providing details about the meeting, Tsahkna said, “We previously discussed developments in the Middle East, the situation in the South China Sea, and Russia’s aggressive war against Ukraine.”
Highlighting the challenges facing the international order, Tsahkna stated, “The principles of the UN Charter, including territorial integrity and sovereignty, are under significant pressure.”
Emphasizing interregional security ties, Minister Tsahkna said, “The security of Europe and Asia is deeply interconnected, and when international law is upheld, both regions benefit. We will continue to work in this direction.”
