The United Arab Emirates (UAE) Ministry of Defence paid a working visit to the Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation for Medical and Educational Sciences to strengthen institutional partnerships and enhance the exchange of expertise.

During the visit, the Ministry of Defence delegation reviewed best practices and modern methodologies in the field of performance evaluation. The delegation also received information on efforts to develop measurement and assessment tools.

Discussions covered the structure of evaluation systems, mechanisms for developing employee competencies, and successful practices that improve the effectiveness of evaluation processes. Both sides emphasized that sharing knowledge and experience makes a significant contribution to enhancing institutional performance.

In its statement, the Ministry of Defence said the visit reflects its commitment to adopting best practices and strengthening cooperation with national institutions. It added that the aim is to benefit from the expertise of specialized organizations in developing performance evaluation systems to improve the efficiency of human capital.
