In a statement from Ukraine, it was reported that on 10 February, a Russian drone struck a private residence in Kharkiv, killing a father and three small children. The mother, who was pregnant, was hospitalized due to burns.

During the attacks in the Sumy region on the night of 11 February, one person was killed, and six others, including children, were injured. In the city of Konotop, a railway depot was struck, and a fire train was damaged. Additionally, this morning, a city hospital in Zaporizhzhia was targeted by a Russian drone. The Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, and Poltava regions were also reported to have been attacked.

The statement said, “Each Russian attack demonstrates that diplomacy alone is not enough” and argued that only real pressure on Russia and strong security guarantees for Ukraine can stop the attacks.

Ukraine claimed that Russia is preparing to continue the war and emphasized that permanent support, strengthening air defense capabilities, resilience assistance, and the establishment of accountability mechanisms for alleged Russian crimes are of vital importance.
