UNRWA: Water shortage in Gaza worsening
New York, August 14 (Hibya) - The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) reported that the water shortage in Gaza is worsening amid the current heatwave.
In a statement, UNRWA emphasized that the water shortage in Gaza is worsening due to the current heatwave.
The statement noted that since the start of the war, UNRWA has supported approximately 1.7 million displaced people across Gaza by carrying out emergency water, sanitation, and hygiene operations, including the provision of water via trucks and bottled water.
